Lisa Bullen

For 27 years Lisa Bullen has been in the Disability Vocational Services field specifically working with consumers referred by the State of California Department of Rehabilitation. 

1997

Vocational Improvement Program - Job Developer.  Establishment Grant working with adults with Mental Illness and Learning Disabilities.  Placed individuals with disabilities in jobs like no one else in the business, placing 10 to 15 people per month.

2005

Recruited by Dayle McIntosh Center.  Continued to have the same success rate in the district.  Developed the position “Business Development Specialist”, developed a strong employer base.

2011

Transitioned to SEEK Education.  Promoted to Vocational Services Program Manager growing the program from 3 placements a month, to over 20 Successful Job Placements each month.

2012

Co-Founded Employment Means Success- CEO/Executive Director.  Received a first time CARF Survey with zero recommendations, which is unheard of for a first-time surveyed organization.

2020

Founder/CEO/Executive Director- Employment Service Consultants Inc. A realization of a dream to start her own Non-Profit Organization.  ESCI has been a dream and now a reality. There are many individuals with disabilities who want to go to work.  ESCI will help them to reach that goal, becoming employed in the job of their choice!

For 5 years Joshua has provided Job Coaching/Short Term Support to individuals with disabilities in Orange and San Diego Counties.  He enjoys meeting a lot of different and interesting people as well as visiting a multitude of work sites.  He believes that his work helps individuals with disabilities to be successful on their jobs and his assistance helps them to maintain their jobs long term.

Roxanne Brown

Roxanne Sterling Brown is a licensed attorney, and a zealous advocate for the advancement and equality of individuals with disabilities. Roxanne earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach in 2000, and a juris doctor degree from Whittier Law School in 2003. In 2005, Roxanne passed the California Bar and pursued a legal career as an attorney specializing in family law, personal injury, and dependency. Living with her own disabilities, Roxanne now focuses her attention to securing career opportunities to others living with their own disabilities. Roxanne remains steadfast in her belief that persons regardless of their disabilities can excel and make a positive impact in any professional environment.
